Barry is an expert at bringing new technology to market, having conceived
and built leading edge Wall Street, banking, insurance, and publishing
applications. Most recently he led the team to build, support, and
expand the website for the renowned magazine Business
2.0. Barry likes to tweak technology and never stops in his eternal

Lutz Braum, Founder and Chief Marketing Officer
Lutz has been passionate about marketing for over 10 years. As a marketing
executive for Citibank, he gained valuable experience that helped
him in his subsequent career as a Marketing Consultant. He has a solid
track record of coming up with creative solutions for improving sales,
promoting a service or building customer relationships. Lutz handles
all marketing aspects of MasterFolioand is our chief customer

Peter is SVP and Senior Executive Consultant
at Right Management Consultants, the world's leading career transition and
organizational consulting firm. Peter is responsible for the design and delivery of senior
executive career transition coaching programs. He has over 25 years of experience in senior
management positions at major advertising agencies and technology and financial services firms in
New York and San Francisco (J.W.Thompson, FCB, Saatchi&Saatchi, Citibank, Ampex and Interactive Network).
Most recently he was as a partner for six years in the San Francisco-based senior-level retained
executive search firm, Lautz, Grotte, Engler & Swimley. The firm specializes in building senior
executive teams for emerging technology-driven companies on a national scale.

Steve Reddy
Currently with American Express Financial Advisors, Steve has an
impressive background in advertising and marketing. As part of
Citibank's Global Marketing Group, he energized the affluent
segment marketing efforts and increased the annual customer
acquisition rate by 200%. At Foote, Cone & Belding, Steve managed the
Citibank account and increased the agency' s hold on this
prestigious account from 6 to 24 countries within 4 years. He honed
his marketing skills both in the Marketing Planning Department of FCB
and in Brand Management at Proctor & Gamble. He received his MBA from
Cornell and a BA from the University of Colorado. His passions include
high-tech investing and traveling.
